Profile - Internal Audit Executive Location - Gurugram Working Days - 5 Days Experience: Minimum 1 year Education B.Com (passed out with minimum 60% marks) / CA Inter About Company- A leading training institute in India, it specializes in air hostess, hospitality, and travel management education. It offers internationally recognized certification programs and has a strong record of student placements in top airlines and hotels. The institute is well-known for its hands-on training and focus on personality development. Key Responsibilities: The candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting internal audits across various functions, including sales, purchase, and HR. Additionally, the individual should be adept at handling Sops, ensuring compliance, and evaluating internal controls to help the company mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings, discrepancies, and recommendations for corrective actions. Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and ensure corrective measures are implemented. Continuously monitor and improve the company's audit processes and internal control systems. Assist in the development and execution of the companys internal audit strategy.
