Job Description - Senior Executive – Sales and Operations Location: Andheri, Mumbai  Industry: Manufacturing (Textile Printing Solutions) Education: Graduation  Working Days: 6 days (Mon-Fri WFO, Sat WFH)  Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Key Responsibilities:  Receive and process customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment as per standard operating procedures.  Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify stock availability and manage inventory.  Check product availability in the warehouse and place orders with the principal if stock is unavailable.  Communicate and maintain relationships with principals for order placement and follow-ups.  Ensure the issuance of debit/credit notes for faulty or damaged materials returned by customers or vendors.  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring zero escalations in service-related concerns for both local and export customers.  Share price lists with customers based on their respective categories.  Inform customers about delivery dates and respond to inquiries regarding delivery status, lead times, and stock availability while keeping records updated.  Handle technical queries, arrange product samples, and address customer inquiries.  Manage customer escalations and provide resolutions within defined service standards.  Provide transporter/courier details to customers to keep them informed about delivery schedules. Ensure all products are sold at management-approved rates.  Oversee payment collection within the assigned credit period.  Conduct due diligence on customers' creditworthiness as per company policy before onboarding.  Manage customer KYC documentation.  Assist in organizing open-house events and exhibitions in coordination with the Head of Department (HOD).  Prepare and submit quotations and proposals on time in response to customer inquiries.  Maintain up-to-date inventory records and coordinate with vendors regarding stock, samples, and material movement.  Manage new customer onboarding, from sample requests to payment collection.  Visit customers or warehouses when required to address payment or stock-related issues.  Prepare and maintain sales reports.
