Audio Visual Technician

As an On-Site Technical Support Specialist at CTI, you will play a crucial role in providing expert support for audiovisual (AV) systems, video conferencing, and live events. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary AV contact, supporting meetings and events. - Setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment for live events. - Providing real-time technical support and resolving service tickets. - Performing system upgrades, maintenance, and preventative care. - Maintaining and organizing AV equipment to ensure functional presentation spaces. - Recommending upgrades and improvements for AV systems. - Following defined client processes for ordering and replenishing conference room equipment. - Engaging with facilities personnel when additional setup or cleanup is required. - Completing other tasks as assigned.
