The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in stage setups , exhibition booths , and event-related installations . You will be responsible for transforming concepts into immersive and visually appealing 3D designs that bring event spaces to life. Key Responsibilities: Design 3D layouts for stage setups , exhibitions, brand activations, and other event spaces. Create detailed renders and walkthroughs to present to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with production, fabrication, and client servicing teams to align on feasibility. Convert 2D floor plans into 3D views with appropriate lighting, textures, and branding. Modify designs based on client feedback and technical inputs from operations. Maintain design consistency and high visual standards across all projects. Ensure timely delivery of 3D files as per project schedules. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in 3D designing for events and exhibitions. The primary responsibility will be to manage and run presentations (PPTs) at event venues, ensuring smooth execution during live conferences, corporate events, and high-profile gatherings. The role also involves basic IT troubleshooting, formatting, system booting, and networking support. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage PPTs, videos, and other digital content during live events. Coordinate with event managers, speakers, and clients to ensure presentations are correctly formatted and displayed. Handle system booting, software updates, and troubleshooting on-site. Provide basic networking support (LAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity for AV equipment). Maintain proper formatting and compatibility of files (fonts, images, videos, animations, etc.). Perform system checks prior to events to ensure error-free execution. Assist the Audio Visual (AV) team with smooth integration between computers and AV equipment.
