3D Designer (Events & Exhibitions)

3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design

  3D layouts for stage setups

  , exhibitions, brand activations, and other event spaces.
• Create

  detailed renders

  and walkthroughs to present to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with production, fabrication, and client servicing teams to align on feasibility.
• Convert 2D floor plans into 3D views with appropriate lighting, textures, and branding.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and technical inputs from operations.
• Maintain design consistency and high visual standards across all projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of 3D files as per project schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in 3D designing for events and exhibitions.
• Proficiency in

  3Ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop

  .
• Strong understanding of event production and fabrication detailing.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working with event agencies, fabrication vendors, or design studios in the event space.
• Knowledge of LED walls, truss structures, and other technical AV elements is a plus.
