Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

Coordinate with PMC and site stakeholders for AV cable pathways, electrical/data port planning. Interpret and execute work based on project drawings including aerial, elevation, and ceiling reflected plans.
Configure and install AV systems including audio systems, video switching, and video conferencing.
Manage end-to-end project execution, including design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Supervise on-site installations with adherence to safety and technical standards.
Handle client coordination, vendor negotiation, and project cost optimization.
Conduct AV setup, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
Provide maintenance and technical support post-deployment.

Technical & Brand Expertise -

Hands-on with brands: Kramer, Crestron, Extron, LG, Samsung, Panasonic, HP Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Sony, Neat, DTEN, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
Understanding of AV infrastructure for corporate, education, and public spaces.

Required Competencies -

Strong coordination and communication skills (English & Hindi).
Ability to lead teams on-site and manage client-facing roles.
Project planning and reporting capabilities.
Proficiency in AV system integration and quality assurance
