ATW Stringer Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Check manpower availability at the beginning of each shift; allocate operators accordingly.
• Ensure operators correctly fill log sheets and follow proper work methods.
• Monitor machine parameters to ensure smooth running of the

  Stringer

  and

  Auto Layup

  machines.
• Provide training to operators and monitor their adherence to SOPs.
• Manage parameter settings during machine changeovers.
• Verify availability of all required materials: solar cells, ribbons, consumables, etc.
• Check technical parameters like vacuum pressure, temperature, laser settings, water flow, and cutting quality.
• Ensure operators align cells properly, replace ribbon spools correctly, and identify defects (micro-cracks, cell chips, dead cells, lead cross, etc.).
• Oversee soldering quality—hard solder, dry solder, ribbon cross—and take corrective actions.
• Ensure proper configuration of machine settings as per cell type.
• Maintain production quality, track daily production, and report to Shift Incharge.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.
• Follow all instructions from Shift Incharge and ensure smooth shift handover with proper follow-ups.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) is performed as per schedule.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with

  1–3 years of experience

  in solar module manufacturing
• Hands-on experience on

  ATW Stringer Machine

• Strong understanding of machine parameters and soldering quality
• Ability to lead operators and manage shift operations
