Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stringer Maintenance Supervisor based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include overseeing stringer equipment maintenance activities, conducting preventive maintenance, addressing machinery issues, and ensuring optimal functionality. The supervisor will troubleshoot technical problems, manage repair activities effectively, and ensure all operations comply with safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to oversee teams and coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of stringer equipment and related systems
• Exceptional Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage maintenance tasks independently
• Experience in the renewable energy sector or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
