Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the department office, classrooms, and common areas. Assist with the setup and arrangement of furniture and equipment for meetings, seminars, and events. Handle the delivery and distribution of documents, mail, and parcels within the department. Support faculty and administrative staff with minor errands and clerical duties as needed. Monitor and report on the condition of departmental equipment and supplies; assist in inventory management. Provide assistance during departmental events, including logistics and hospitality support. Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment such as photocopiers, projectors, and computers. Assist in maintaining departmental records and files under supervision. Support health and safety compliance by ensuring the department is tidy and free from hazards. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Head or Administrative Officer.
