Job Description

ATSC L1 support Infrastructure (Tech Calls and Chats)

Must-have- English communication skills, Onsite, Shift Timing- 5:30 PM- 3:00 AM

• First level triage of issue and provide support using the SOPs on Email Client Configuration in desk

side devices and portable devices.

• Installation of Standard Windows operating System and Linux, Mac, Standard office Automation Software.

• Put in the best effort to restore data in case of crash exploring third party assistance when required.

• Configuration of Printer Drivers for local and network Printers on the laptops.

• Work with NOC team/s to update any FW rules required.

• Support the business by engaging enterprise command centre (ECC) for business-critical issues.

• Resolve hardware problems or escalate hardware problems for end user devices to suppliers.

• Provide onsite support for customer approved patch/ anti-virus updates through central Antivirus Console/ Central Patch distribution Software.
