Lead design and implementation of Jira and Confluence solutions.

Align configurations with Agile, Scrum, and ITSM practices.

Integrate Atlassian tools with Bitbucket, Slack, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines.

Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and customize workflows.

Enhance tracking and documentation using automation, JQL, and marketplace apps.

Ensure governance, performance tuning, and compliance.

Mentor junior consultants and maintain best practices and documentation standards.

Your Profile

Proven experience in Jira and Confluence implementation, customization, and support projects.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project tracking, and knowledge management.

Hands-on experience with Jira workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and Confluence macros/templates.

Ability to lead client engagements, conduct training, and manage project deliverables.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
