Urgent requirement for Astrologer Retention & Operations Executive at Ahmedabad.

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and target-driven Marketing Operations Executive to manage and scale astrologer retention on our platform. The ideal candidate will monitor the performance and growth of astrologers (vendors), coordinate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Growth teams, and drive initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for astrologers on the platform (usage, revenue, customer feedback, retention, etc.).
  
• Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and areas for improvement for each astrologer.
  
• Work with Operations, Marketing, and Growth teams to execute targeted campaigns, incentives, and interventions to improve astrologer retention and productivity.
  
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and continuous education initiatives for astrologers to improve quality and engagement.
  
• Develop and refine processes to streamline astrologer management and performance tracking.
  
• Regularly communicate with astrologers to gather insights, address issues, and foster strong working relationships.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to design data-backed strategies that improve vendor success and overall platform health.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in marketing operations, vendor management, or platform operations (experience in marketplace businesses preferred).
  
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data interpretation.
  
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives end-to-end.
  
• Problem-solving attitude with a passion for improving vendor performance and retention.
