Description
Role: Design development of engine auxiliary parts Engine management (EMS) Parts for Fuel/Alternate fuel, flex fuel, configuration Responsibilities: Design of parts for Fuel Evap, CNG system (Ethanol, Flex Fuel, Methanol, CNG.Etc.) Fuel system CNG System (Pump, underbody fuel pipe and hose, fuel filter etc) Engine Management system (Injector, Rail, MAP, MAF Sensors, Throttle Body etc) Should be able to perform calculation, analysis, designer level simulation test result analysis Development of engine parts as per MSIL development process Analysis and resolution of quality issues. Cost reduction, value analysis value engineering Working in dynamic team for coordination with Engine testing, vehicle testing, production, supply chain, quality etc Technical/ Functional : Understanding of Gasoline Fuel/Flex fuel CNG Fuel, its related impact on materials for engine aux application. Experience of working on actual Fuel/flex fuel/CNG engine aux parts design development and related testing. Basic knowhow of Engine aux parts, sub systems systems. Hands on CAD skills on UG/NX, GT Simulation, CFD etc (or Equivalent Software). Basic knowledge of product life cycle management Knowledge of production processes for Engine Aux parts Knowledge of calculation, design level simulation analysis Problem solving and data interpretation skills are required.
