Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for

  pharmaceutical excipients

  in

  Western India

  to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with

  R&D

  teams (both internal and with customers) to help develop new products, solve formulation challenges, and recommend the best excipient products for specific applications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements

  :

• MBA in Marketing

  (must).
• A

  technical degree

  (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering) is required to understand excipient products, their applications, and formulation processes.

• Experience

  :
• Minimum of

  5 years

  of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least

  2-3 years

  of experience in

  pharmaceutical excipient sales

  .
• Proven experience in building and managing relationships with pharmaceutical companies, contract manufacturers, and R&D teams in the Western Indian market.

• Technical Knowledge

  :
• Strong knowledge of

  pharmaceutical excipients

  , their functionality in formulations, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to work closely with

  R&D teams

  to develop new formulations or troubleshoot issues related to excipient performance.
