The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. Strong skills in Market Research, Sales Reporting, and Data Analysis are essential for this role. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills are required to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. The ability to work independently and in a team environment is crucial for success in this position. Knowledge of the biotechnology or laboratory products sector is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this role.,
