Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Pune. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities. The role also involves understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and finding effective solutions to meet those needs.

• Good Market Research and Sales Strategy Development skills
• Effective Communication and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in using sales software and customer management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
