Role Description

The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and securing sales opportunities for Johnson Lifts & Escalators. The role includes providing product information, negotiating deals, developing proposals, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure prompt delivery and excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and business communication, with ability to build and maintain a strong client network.
• Technical knowledge of lift and escalator products or a strong interest in learning about them is preferred.
• Effective organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and creating sales reports and proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, construction, or infrastructure-related industries is an added advantage.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Surat and travel as needed for client meetings.
