Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman located in Kurnool. The Foreman will oversee daily operations, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, manage heavy equipment usage, and ensure adherence to project schedules and standards. The role entails ensuring safety and quality standards are met, as well as collaborating with other teams and communicating effectively to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
Proficiency in Carpentry and general Maintenance tasks
Strong organizational and leadership qualities
Ability to work on-site in Kurnool
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical qualifications are a plus
Experience in the lift and escalator industry is beneficial
