Asst. Manager- Sales

As a Sales Representative at enPossibilities, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of solar inverters and solar modules in the Rajasthan region. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying New Business Leads - Articulating the organization's offerings including products, services, and solutions - Communicating product specifications, new product information, Unique Selling Points (USPs), and catalog updates to customers - Assisting with company events and trade shows - Delivering professional sales demos and presentations, both in-person and virtually at client sites - Making frequent visits to customers to build relationships and expand the customer base - Being accountable for achieving sales targets in this direct sales role - Supporting the entire sales process, from lead generation to successful completion and commercial closure - Providing exceptional customer service by going the extra mile - Performing any other duties as required to execute sales plans effectively In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to have: - 1+ Years of experience in sales of solar products - Either a Diploma or BE in Electrical / Power / Electronics or an MBA - Key skills in decision making, problem-solving, strong communication, and client engagement - Individual characteristics such as integrity, accountability, honesty, and persuasiveness - Proficiency in Marathi and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati is preferred This full-time position comes with benefits like health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
