Designation: Executive- Corporate Department: Technical Support & Service Location: Gurugram Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Description Prepare and issue warranty certificates for customers after installation. Share Final Test Reports (FTR), PPM activity and DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) certificates with customers as per requirement. Coordinate with OEMs to arrange Manufacturing Authorization Forms (MAFs). Maintain and update technical support and service documentation in organized Excel sheets or other tools. Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales and post-sales activities. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers regarding documentation and support queries. Assist in compiling data for internal reporting and analysis. Qualifications: B.Sc. Graduate or related science field. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email communication.
