Executive- Corporate (Female Fresher)

Role Overview: At enPossibilities, as an Executive- Corporate in the Technical Support & Service department based in Gurugram, your role involves preparing and issuing warranty certificates, sharing Final Test Reports (FTR) and other certificates with customers, coordinating with OEMs for necessary forms, maintaining technical documentation, supporting sales activities, ensuring timely customer communication, and assisting in data compilation for reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and issue warranty certificates for customers post installation. - Share Final Test Reports (FTR), PPM activity, and DCR certificates with customers. - Coordinate with OEMs to arrange Manufacturing Authorization Forms (MAFs). - Maintain and update technical support and service documentation using Excel sheets or other tools. - Collaborate with the sales team for pre-sales and post-sales support. - Communicate professionally and promptly with customers for documentation and support queries. - Assist in compiling data for internal reporting and analysis. Qualifications: - B.Sc. Graduate or related science field. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email communication. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Eagerness to learn and grow within the solar energy sector. - Excellent communication skills.
