The company holds nearly 100% market share for wiper motors in the 3 wheeler and off-road segments, with a growing presence in commercial vehicles and passenger cars. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager – PPC at Prabha Engineering Pvt Ltd located in Pune. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated. Desired Profile: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Annual /Quarterly/Monthly Plan preparation & Horizontals communication to all internal Department. Coordination with manufacturing to ensure machine readiness for Dispatch as per Monthly Business Plan. Follow up with design department for bill of material (BOM). Release work order based on order acknowledgement. Communicate purchase department in advance for material as per production plan Follow-up with purchase department for material shortage. Monitor work progress and prepare weekly report. Monitor Critical activities based on project schedules and report to Management. Monitoring of BOM & Actual consumption against released orders. Monitoring the Inventory level & actions to maintain the same at Optimum level. Granite Inventory to avoid bottlenecks. Communication to sales about status of ordered dials & delivery schedule. Update in ERP about Completion of Production against work order before Dispatch Spare parts Requisition & Execution. Capacity planning for NPD projects. Generate and maintain ISO and IATF documentation Generate MIS reports monthly. Raw material planning. Show more Show less
