Job Title: Asst. Manager/ Manager - Accounts Location: Delhi Experience: 5 to 7 years Budget: Rs. 50k - Rs. 70k per month. Role Overview: The incumbent will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key duties include reconciling accounts, analyzing budgets, and supporting audit processes, while leveraging strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software. This role collaborates across departments to optimize financial workflows and Key Responsibilities: contribute to strategic decision-making. • Handle day-to-day accounting entries including journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliations. • Data preparations for Income Tax or GST litigations • Preparation of MIS reports • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and follow-ups. • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in statutory compliances. • Maintain records for invoices, receipts, and bank transactions. • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports. • Support in annual audits and coordination with auditors. • Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts. • Debtors and Creditors Reconciliations • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions. Requirements: • B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter or equivalent. • 5-7 years of relevant experience in core accounting roles. • Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / any other accounting software. • Understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS provisions. • Proficient in MS Excel and general spreadsheet analysis.
