Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
4. Have to handle daily plant related issues.
5. Administrative support regular basis.
6. Daily basis coordination with corporate office.
7. Problem Solving.
5. Compliance & Labour Law Knowledge.
6. Petty Cash Handling.
7. Attendance & Leave Management.
