Job Description of Asst Manager in Supply Chain Management (Metals & Mines Background)

Key Responsibilities:

· Working with stakeholders and players across metals/mineral resources.

· Must be strong in documentations.

Must have knowledge in Tally & Preparation of work orders/ purchase order .

Must have transporter knowledge

· Trading across products like Ferro Alloys, Ores & Minerals, Base Metals. Having interest in rare-earths and new-age metals/minerals is an added advantage.

· Dealing with the transporter.

· Identifying and reaching-out to potential customers and stake holders .

· Must be strong in preparation of Documents.

· Developing strategies for revenue growth and profitability.

· Implementing marketing plans for market share expansion for company’s product.

· Collaborating with internal teams and conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and threats and competitor analysis.

· Analyzing market trends, requirements and accordingly prepare sales strategies.

· Managing all communications and overseas transactions independently end to end.

· Identifying & appointing reliable channel partners/dealers for deeper market penetration.

Qualifications

· 5-7 years' of marketing experience & supply chain management

· Excellent writing and communication skills

o Strong negotiation skills

· Strong technical background is required to identify and evaluate multiple products and its end usage.

· Ideal candidate will be well-versed with global macro-economic situations and its resultant impact on metals/minerals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
