Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Strong foundation in extractive metallurgy and metallurgical unit operations. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Working knowledge of process modelling, data analysis, and report preparation.
