Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end content syndication operations for regional, national, and international markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with content buyers, broadcasters, OTT platforms, aggregators, and telecom networks.
• Negotiate and close content licensing deals across various formats including films, web series, shorts, and IP assets.
• Represent Producerbazaar at trade fairs, festivals, markets and strategic buyer meetings.
• Work closely with the content acquisition, legal, and technology teams to ensure compliance and smooth delivery.
• Generate insights and reports on content performance and licensing trends to refine strategy.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of content buyers across geographies and industries.
• Identify new revenue models within content syndication including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and digital-first partnerships.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of full time working experience in content syndication, licensing, or sales management in the entertainment, media, or film industry.
• Proven network of buyers, broadcasters, and digital platforms across India and abroad.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – 

  fluency in Tamil, Telugu and English is mandatory.

• Ability to travel and meet stakeholders across India and globally.
• Deep understanding of IP rights, deal structuring, content trends, and syndication models.
• Strategic thinking with a sharp business acumen and negotiation capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with marketplaces, OTT platforms, or production houses.
• Exposure to international content markets and deal execution.
• Familiarity with legal contracts related to content rights.
• Passion for storytelling and film/content ecosystem.

Salary: 30k to 40k per month + incentives . Negotiation option is open based on the profile experience.
