Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in content syndication, licensing, or sales management in the entertainment, media, or film industry. Proven network of buyers, broadcasters, and digital platforms across India and abroad. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory. Ability to travel and meet stakeholders across India and globally. Deep understanding of IP rights, deal structuring, content trends, and syndication models. Strategic thinking with a sharp business acumen and negotiation capabilities. Preferred Skills Prior experience with marketplaces, OTT platforms, or production houses.
