Associate/Senior Associate - Valuations

Corporate Professionals Group is currently hiring for Valuations team across levels.

Position: Associate/Senior Associate

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently execute and review business valuations, regulatory valuations, financial reporting valuations, IBC valuations, and valuation of securities/financial assets.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and application of appropriate valuation methodologies.
• Review team members’ work, ensuring accuracy, robustness of assumptions, and compliance with valuation standards.
• Conduct and guide industry research, market analysis, and deal benchmarking.
• Ensure adherence to internal systems, processes, and documentation standards.
• Prepare and review valuation reports and submit them for final review and sign-off, ensuring the approach and documentation are well supported.
• Handle multiple client assignments and contribute to client management and business growth.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to juniors.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

• Candidate must be from finance background preferably CA/CPA/CFA – qualified or semi qualified. Post graduation in Finance will be a plus.
• Strong command over valuation concepts, finance, and financial modeling.
• In-depth understanding and application of valuation methodologies including:
• Discounted Cash Flow (Equity & Firm)
• Comparable Companies Trading Multiple (CCM)
• Comparable Transactions Multiple (CTM)
• Option Pricing Methods (Black-Scholes / Binomial)
• Practical knowledge of Indian regulatory environment for valuations.
• Awareness of industry-wise valuation trends and transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong client-handling, communication, and review skills.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple engagements simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
