Role Overview: As a strategic Learning and Development Consultant at TresVista, you will be part of the Learning Consulting team, focusing on driving business impact through innovative and practical learning strategies. This role offers an opportunity for experienced L&D professionals to transition into a more strategic and solution-oriented position. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing performance challenges, designing scalable learning strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's learning culture. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic advisor to business units, diagnosing performance challenges and proposing practical learning solutions - Conduct strategic Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and opportunities for impactful learning interventions - Design scalable learning strategies aligned with business goals and adult learning principles - Recommend optimal learning formats tailored to user needs and business objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and leadership to co-create effective learning roadmaps - Define success metrics, evaluate learning effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement - Enhance L&D processes for greater agility, efficiency, and impact - Stay updated on L&D trends and contribute innovative ideas to shape the organization's AI-first learning strategy Qualification Required: - 6-8 years of progressive experience in L&D with a focus on consulting and strategic solutioning - Proven ability to architect learning solutions that drive measurable performance - Expertise in solutioning, adult learning modalities, and learning technologies - Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Experience with learning analytics, LMS platforms, and blended learning strategies - Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change across organizational levels - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Additional Details: TresVista is a global enterprise that emphasizes skill development and learning.
