Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate located in Vadodara. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in property sourcing by conducting due diligence checks, preparing tailored briefs, and ensuring timely turnaround of property matches. The role involves coordinating with clients & agents on a regular basis. The Associate will also handle administrative tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sourcing process.

• Experience in the Real Estate Industry: Familiarity with property sourcing processes and market trends
• Proficient in MS Office and Property Management Software
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Management
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
