Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analyst, located in Vadodara. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting property due diligence, analyzing market data, preparing property briefs, and sourcing properties based on clients' specifications. Daily tasks include evaluating property overlays, zoning, easements, and other relevant factors. The Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining property databases, coordinating with clients and colleagues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality property briefs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience with property due diligence and market analysis
• Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
• Relevant experience in real estate or property sourcing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Management
