Wife is looking for an Associate Video Editor. We need someone who can turn hours of footage into minutes of meaning - who knows when to cut, when to hold, and when silence speaks louder than sound.

We’re looking for someone who goes beyond trimming clips to shape narratives that connect. Someone who understands that editing isn’t just about software skills, it’s about judgment, timing, and the ability to see the story before anyone else does.

Job Duties

• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to understand client briefs and translate them into compelling video outputs. These projects may include (but are not limited to) brand films, ad films, corporate videos, digital content, social media reels, product explainers, and campaign edits.
• Edit raw footage into cohesive stories, ensuring sharp pacing, seamless flow, and emotional impact.
• Apply color grading, sound design, and visual treatments to enhance overall quality and align with brand language.
• Manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and consistency.
• Stay proactive in suggesting creative approaches and narrative techniques that elevate the final output.
• Maintain a strong awareness of current video trends, digital-first storytelling formats, and evolving platform requirements.
• Ensure every deliverable meets agency standards, technically precise, visually engaging, and audience-ready.
• Contribute to the company’s growth by shaping content that drives impact and strengthens our creative reputation.

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelors’/ Masters’/ Specialized course in Design (e.g., graphics, visual communications).
• Technical proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) - the more the merrier.
• A high degree of understanding of people, brands and the market
• Tact, people-skills, instinctiveness, intuitiveness
• 1-3 years of experience in the same/ similar role
