Associate (Valuation) - Plant & Machinery

Valuation of Plant & Machinery (Mechanical Engineers Required)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Inspection and verification of various fixed assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties/assets and plant & Machineries as the case may be.

2. Performing in-depth primary and secondary industry, market and competitor research.

3. Addressing to all the clients/auditors queries, regarding the valuation of the subject property/assets

4. Assist the team leader to conduct valuation assignments.

5. Independently gather data pertinent to the assignment/engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with OEMs, authorized distributors and agents.

6. To gather data and prepare a Data-Bank for various Industrial Projects and their Machinery Equipment's and to periodically update the same for future analysis.

7. Analysis, reconciliation and summarization of data using various software applications such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word.

8. Preparing project status reports for under construction/on-going industrial projects/assignments.

9. Presenting the results of analysis/assignments in a final report in a clear and concise manner.

10. Identify the Replacement Cost/Market Values of the various assets through market surveys and research and to prepare a Data-Bank of the same for future use.

11. Maintain personal contacts and develop long-lasting relationships with customers/clients in order to maximize revenues and cross-selling opportunities for the company.

12. Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, professional manner.

This job involves business travel within country.
