Associate- User Analytics & Engagement

The Role

We are looking for a data-driven and analytically sharp Associate who can support the design, implementation, and tracking of initiatives aimed at improving field efficiency and user engagement. This role will closely work with the founder’s office and cross-functional teams on priority initiatives.

Core responsibilities

• Design & Implement Operational Interventions

• Collaborate with the operations team to identify performance bottlenecks and co-create AI and analytics based solutions
• Roll out pilots or scalable initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, outreach, and impact

• Dashboarding & Reporting

• Design and maintain clear dashboards for regional/state teams to track progress and KPIs
• Develop automated reports for internal reviews and real-time monitoring

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with product, tech, and field teams to ensure alignment and adoption of data tools
• Translate data insights into practical field-facing actions

• Ability to learn new tools for analytics and dashboarding

Interests and background

• Interest and humility to understand, respect and learn from, low-income communities
• Work experience (0-2 years): Students or professionals with past jobs/internships/courses in Data and Analytics using

  Excel/R/Alteryx/SQL

  or other analytics tools will be preferred.
