Associate UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to help shape user-centric, scalable, and delightful digital experiences. As a key contributor to our design team, you'll work across the entire design process from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery bringing a balance of systems thinking, attention to detail, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design life-cycle for new and existing product features: from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer hand off
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems and deliver intuitive solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Translate business goals and user needs into effective design strategies
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished visual interfaces
• Contribute to and help maintain a scalable design system and component library
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve experiences

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.

• Design Degree is Must

• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design process, and high-quality UI design
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), or similar design/prototyping tools
• Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first principles
• Solid understanding of UX best practices, user flows, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)
