About the Role:

Visual Designer

You will collaborate across teams to bring visual clarity and polish to business presentations, product materials, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design business presentations, pitch decks, and case studies
• Create brand assets, visual frameworks, and marketing collateral
• Assist in product UI visuals and high-fidelity mockups when required
• Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints
• Prepare print and digital assets with a strong eye for detail
• Stay organized and maintain version control of design files

Must-Have Skills:

• 12 years of experience in visual or graphic design roles
• A strong portfolio showcasing layout, visual hierarchy, and brand communication
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Good understanding of typography, color, composition, and branding
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to non-designers

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory):

• Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience with B2B or startup environments
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
