About the Role We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to help shape user-centric, scalable, and delightful digital experiences. As a key contributor to our design team, you'll work across the entire design process from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery bringing a balance of systems thinking, attention to detail, and creativity. Key Responsibilities Own the design life-cycle for new and existing product features: from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer hand off Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems and deliver intuitive solutions Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions Translate business goals and user needs into effective design strategies Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished visual interfaces Contribute to and help maintain a scalable design system and component library Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve experiences Requirements 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer. About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and creatively sharp Visual Designer with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our team in Hyderabad. If you have a strong foundation in visual design, enjoy telling stories through graphics and layouts, and are proficient in both Adobe Creative Suite and Figma , we'd love to meet you. You will collaborate across teams to bring visual clarity and polish to business presentations, product materials, and internal communications.
