Our services encompass investment diligence, industry research, valuation, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics. With over 1,500 employees spread across offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, we provide high-caliber support to over 1,000 clients worldwide, including asset managers, advisors, corporates, and entrepreneurs. We are seeking an Associate, Business Development Support, to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with TresVista's financial clients and senior professionals in managing Business Development activities, such as lead generation, list building, CRM implementation, deal flow tracking, and events support. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging directly with clients and senior professionals in the financial services industry - Efficiently managing client deliverables and ensuring smooth workflow coordination - Addressing and resolving client queries within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Supervising a team of Analysts, overseeing their work quality, and acting as the primary client contact - Managing business processes and collaborating with internal delivery teams - Contributing to the operational strategy for client relationship management - Providing timely feedback for performance improvement To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A solid understanding of business development processes and financial industry knowledge - Strong stakeholder and project management skills - Ability to meet client-driven deadlines and manage demanding hours effectively - Previous experience in buy-side Private Equity or Investment Banking is preferred - Proficiency in handling large datasets and using tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with financial or CRM research databases such as Pitchbook, Deal Cloud, Salesforce, and Zoho - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently - Keen attention to detail Ideal candidates will have: - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or an MBA with at least 2 years of any experience - An MBA in Finance or Marketing is preferred Compensation for this position will be as per industry standards.,
