Associate Training Manager

You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing curriculum, and creating content to enhance the distributor network's knowledge and skills. Additionally, you will organize and conduct large motivational events, workshops, and trainings to create awareness and drive business growth. Your excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills will be essential in effectively coaching field leaders and supporting the distributor network. Key Responsibilities: - Develop region-specific programs and initiatives to drive sponsoring rates, activate new joiners, and facilitate leadership pipeline development. - Conceptualize and implement business growth practices such as Recognition programs, Fast Start Achievers, and Rising Stars to boost morale and motivation. - Build a deep understanding of the products through training materials and support from the academy and marketing team. - Deliver product and skill-based training for the distributor network and track outcomes on metrics like sponsoring, activation, and productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training content and tools tailored to meet local business requirements. - Design monthly/quarterly training calendars to cover key facets for driving business growth. - Identify training needs based on discussions with leaders and implement calendars to bridge knowledge gaps. - Develop training tools and content to enhance consumer outreach. Qualifications & Requirements: - Science Graduate with a Pharmaceutical/Bio-Tech Background, preferably with an MBA. - Knowledge of local languages like Hindi, English, and other regional languages. - Willingness to travel frequently throughout the country. - 8-10 years of work experience.
