Job Description

You will be responsible for training special educators and various stakeholders working in the space of neurodevelopmental disabilities. As part of the Capacity Building Initiative Samarthya by Ishanya India Foundation, you will be required to travel to various regions in rural Karnataka to conduct training programs and awareness sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Working with the program team to determine the training needs and goals of different stakeholders - Developing training modules and enhancing them as per the requirements of different stakeholders - Conducting phase-wise capacity building training sessions for partner organizations and awareness programs for stakeholders - Coordinating with other special educators of IIF and upgrading the modules - Documenting and reporting the progress of the capacity-building program - Following up with partner organizations, documenting the requirements, and conducting training, monitoring, and follow-up visits - Assisting in organizational development Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable or relevant facilitation experience - Proficiency in Office tools and Google Products - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to multitask - Critical thinker and problem solver - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Kannada and English Additional Company Details: Ishanya India Foundation (IIF) is a not-for-profit organization established in 2015 with the aim of training and empowering persons with disabilities (PWDs). As part of their capacity building project Samarthya, they work across various regions of Karnataka to train and provide support to professionals and organizations working in the field of neurodevelopmental disabilities.,
