Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process and monitor trade activities across multiple products such as equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
Perform trade confirmations, settlements, and break resolution in coordination with counterparties, custodians, and internal teams.
Maintain daily trade matching and reconciliation reports.
Investigate and resolve unmatched or failed trades in a timely manner.
Support trade-related queries from internal stakeholders (front office, compliance, accounting).
Collaborate with external brokers, custodians, and clearinghouses for trade resolution.
Ensure compliance with operational risk controls and internal guidelines.
Assist in process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Support month-end and year-end reporting, as needed.
