Your Profile

Program Leadership: Take ownership of strategic programs spanning multiple functions and product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Project Planning & Execution: Define timelines and project plans with financial, resource and material requirements.

Delivery Oversight: Manage delivery schedules, release management, and deployment to ensure timelines are met.

Project Management Tools: Establish and maintain standardized use of project management tools and best practices across teams to drive efficiency and transparency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scope, timeline and resource alignment across teams.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Document the progress of tasks to identify and manage risks and dependencies across multiple projects. Proactively identify blockers and remove them to guarantee effective execution.

Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and trust across all levels of the organization.

Your Checklist

Must have 6–7 years of Project Management experience in the IT industry.

Must have experience with SCRUM and agile development processes in a startup environment.

Should have experience using the JIRA tool either as a Scrum Master or Team member.

Should have superior attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Should demonstrate technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers.

Should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Must have a user-driven approach to building delightful products users love.

Must be intellectually curious, self-motivated, a fast learner with a strong bias for action.

Should have self-starter ability and the capability to build programs from scratch; must have a positive attitude and the ability to roll up sleeves to get things done.

Should be able to define, capture, interpret and refine metrics based on organisation needs.

Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Should have conflict management experience to drive decision-making across the board.
