• Position Title: Analyst - Financial & Business Analytics for Consulting firm Engagement Type: Contractual (1 Year) Location: Vijayawada/ Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst / Senior Analyst to provide comprehensive financial and business analysis support. The role involves evaluating financial structures, analyzing performance trends, and recommending data-driven strategies for revenue optimization and policy formulation. Key Responsibilities * Conduct detailed financial and business reviews, including analysis of revenue models, cost structures, and operational frameworks. * Analyze historical and current performance trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks. * Recommend strategies for financial optimization, process rationalization, and revenue enhancement. * Benchmark organizational performance and financial frameworks against industry best practices and other progressive entities. * Develop financial models, scenario-based dashboards, and forecasting tools to project outcomes under varying conditions. * Assess the fiscal impact of proposed strategic or policy changes. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for data collection, validation, and reconciliation. * Prepare and present regular progress reports, policy notes, and executive presentations to leadership. * Coordinate with audit and accounts teams to ensure data clarity, compliance, and accuracy. Qualifications & Experience * Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MCA/ BCA/ MBA (Finance)/ Msc from reputed institutions. * Experience: 110 years of experience in financial and business analysis or business analytics. * Core Competencies: * Strong expertise in revenue budgeting, financial modeling, and data-driven analysis. * Proficiency in MsOffice, Power BI/Tableau, and other financial analytics and visualization tools. * Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
