Job Details -

Roles and Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles in the Application and Infrastructure domains
Use creative and strategic sourcing methods from job boards to headhunting to find the right tech talent
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, keeping them updated and aligned throughout the hiring process
Track and share key hiring metrics to improve turnaround time and overall hiring quality
Ensure all positions are closed on time while maintaining a great candidate experience
Understand business needs deeply to help shape job descriptions and hiring plans that attract the right talent
