Simple Logic

is looking for a proactive

Associate - Talent Acquisition

to support end-to-end recruitment processes. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing databases , and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building great teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level IT/Tech roles in Application/ Infra Domain.
Execute advanced sourcing strategies including headhunting.
Manage stakeholder communication and hiring metrics.
Drive timely closures of open positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Any Graduate preferably from IT Background
