Role & responsibilities

Conduct hiring process related

effective communication with hiring

3. Coordinate with existing recruiting agencies, implement and maintain recruitment advertisement posting as required to ensure the adequacy of resume pool.

monthly advertisement plan

Participate in various recruiting and marketing projects/activities as a project member, such as
sourcing/assessments optimization
, TA weekly team meeting,
social media management
, NHRA, POC of the Tech relevant/Information Security relevant activities in Talent Department, etc.
Avoid clerical errors, such as spelling mistake, space, format issue in the daily work including email writing and daily update.
Prepare recruitment materials and
post jobs to appropriate job board, screen candidates resumes and job applications
. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting tools/methods.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, professional, open, patient.
Proficient with sourcing from
NAUKRI
portal & skilled at
Leadership Hiring.
Have good knowledge of
Bulk Hiring .
Have good sourcing skills (Sourcing Portals).
Passionate towards recruitment activities.
Conduct effective business conversations and communications (convey and comprehend messages) in English (both verbal and written).
