Associate Support Consultant

As an Associate Support Consultant at Basware, your role will involve acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests via ticket notes, phone, and live chat. You will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting reported issues systematically, delivering high-quality resolutions while adhering to support standards, and providing exceptional customer service with a focus on simplifying customers" experiences. Collaboration with technical teams to efficiently resolve complex issues and proactive follow-up with customers for feedback will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to support by creating and developing knowledge base articles and FAQs for internal and external use.
