Associate Support Analyst

will be coordinating the software issues reported by customers and document the resolutions. The Associate Support Analyst is an analytical minded, customer oriented individual to support the Vistex software solutions in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor support queue; track/coordinate multiple support tickets
  • Troubleshoot issues by replicating, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving first level software support issues
  • Formally document critical resolutions of application bugs
  • Create SAP notes (correction documents)
  • Follow-up with customers, users, developers, and other departments to ensure logged problems are being resolved
  • Apply SAP notes to internal systems
  • Learn and understand the application products developed by the business
  • Aid in the development of operational tools for the support team
  • Performs other duties as assigned
