Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our team at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient room preparation and guest services.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Assist with special events and promotions as required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is an advantage.
• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
